Honey-Baked Chicken

To continue our Sunday Recipe Series, we’re highlighting a simple-to-make but incredibly delicious dish: Honey-Baked Chicken.  My husband had this dish growing up and loved it so much that it has made its way into our recipe repertoire!  The homemade sauce is the key to this family favorite!

Honey-Baked Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Arrange 2lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (thawed) in shallow, greased baking pan.

2. Combine and pour over chicken: 1/3c melted butter, 1/3c honey, 2T prepared mustard, 1t salt, and 1t curry powder.

3. Bake 1 hour (may need a little more time), basting every 15 minutes.  Is delicious served over rice!
